1. □ An application form completely filled out and signed by the applicant
2. □ A valid passport for travelling to Thailand with sufficient remaining validity (not less than six months). The validity of 18 months is required for METV visa application.
3. □ Passport must have at least 2 blank pages to accommodate immigration stamps
4. □ One set of passport information page photocopy, last Thai visa page & renewal page (if any)
5. □ Two colour passport-sized photos (3.5 x 4.5cm), taken against a white background and within the past 6 months
6. □ Copies of documents of the first applicant including a Sponsorship Letter, Bank Statement, Bank Solvency Certificate, Marriage Certificate and / or Proof of Relationship Certificate are required
7. □ Evidence of adequate finance e.g. Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6 months with satisfactory transaction (at least 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family OR 60,000 Taka per person and 120,000 Taka per family).
8. □ Only original Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are acceptable. In case where the applicant is sponsored by his/her company and the company Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are submitted, a trade license has to be attached
9. □ For multiple tourist entry visa (METV) applicant required provide Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6 months with satisfactory transaction (at least 500,000 Taka per person and 1,00,0000 Taka per family)
10. □ Evidence shows applicant will leave Thailand after the trip, such as round-trip air ticket or travelling to a third country
11. □ Visa request letter from the applicant and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer if employed (BMDC certificate or letter from hospital if the applicant is a Doctor, a Bar Council Certificate or letter from a law firm if the applicant is a lawyer or a recommendation letter from the school / university or student card / evidence of school / university enrolment)
12. □ Trade license (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original trade license required) for proprietorship business, Memorandum of Article for limited company if the applicant’s name not mention in trade license
13. □ Copy of Marriage Certificate (if in Bengali, notarized English translation and photocopy of the original is required) must submitted if spouse name does not appear in the passport

• Important Note: 

  • 1. Salary Bank Statement (preferably) / Pay Slip / Salary Certificate are required for employees.
  • 2. In case applicant unable to submit salary certificate, details must be mentioned in the Office NOC
  • 3. The first applicant can sponsor father, mother, children, father-in-law and mother-in-law. Father, mother and children can sponsor the above-mentioned family members.
  • 4. Short Descriptions in English shall be provided for all Thai documents, e.g. Business License of Company A.
  • 5. For documents in other foreign languages (including Bangla) must be translated into English and shall be certified by a credible translator and a notary public.
